Can I cancel the update? A: In order to improve product experience, Nreal will continually release new firmware versions for the glasses, fix known problems, and function optimization. When the glasses are plugged into the phone, the Nebula app will automatically detect whether the current version of the glasses is up to date, and if not, it will prompt you to update the glasses. Not using the latest firmware version may cause cause issues with the glasses, please follow the prompts to upgrade for an optimized user experience. Q: Can an iPhone or iPad be connected? If I use a USB-C to Lightning adapter, can I use Nreal Air with my iPhone? A: If your Apple device has a USB-C port, you can connect your Nreal Air AR glasses directly to the device.
